Returns & refunds

If something isn't right, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.

How to return

1. Contact us through our contact page with your order number and the item you wish to return.
2. Pack the item unworn, in its original packaging, with any certificate or tag it came with.
3. We arrange the pick-up or tell you where to send it.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the item, we refund the amount paid for it within 7 business days. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or e-wallet.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, opened perfume and pierced earrings cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect. Items made or resized to order are final sale.
