Every piece we sell is checked before it is sent. Gold is described with its karat and weight; silver with its fineness; and any plating or stones are always stated.

Caring for your jewellery

• Put jewellery on last — after perfume, lotion and hairspray.
• Take it off before swimming, bathing or exercising.
• Store each piece on its own in a soft pouch so they don't scratch each other.
• Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after wearing.
